Poisson D'Avril
1 April 2018
Happy April's Fool Day! In France, it's called Poisson D'Avril. It is a special French tradition. According to Frenchmoments.eu:
April Fools’ Day traditions are followed by all French children on 1 April. Paper fish are used to play an April Fools trick, involving sticking a paper fish onto the back of as many adults as possible, then running away yelling “Poisson d’Avril” (April Fish!).
In honour of this grand tradition our very own Cécile (with her French name) has written a brand new thought article about scenario modelling using the Inverse Poisson distribution right here.
Have you read our other thought articles on scenario analysis?

Be careful you don't get too engrossed - you might find a fish on your back!
